The one and only funky marchin' band

Un Yeah…. funky … 'cos when you say funky you think funky bass line, cool electric guitars and a pumping drum beat.
 Funk Off  really get on down and play funky in the street (and stage too!); three baritones and a sousaphone sound off the pumping bass line; four crazies beat out the drum: snare drum,  bass drum, cymbals percussions; two alto sax and two tenor sax give those sweet harmonies man and the trumpets really ssiiiiiiing!!!!
 
All pieces are penned and arranged by band leader Dario Cecchini with that funky rhythm sound in mind, lots of latin and rock added and a trad jazz base with loads of room for improvising.

You gotta' forget that old marchin' band formation daddyo! 'cos you got a crazy group of funky guys marchin down your street sounding off pure energy - it's that link between then and now, between soul and a trumpet fanfare, the sacred and the profane, James brown and James Last! All in the name of George Clinton, James Brown and Frankie Zappa, a little light listening until when those four crazies hit the dance beat!
